THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ORDER A SCRIPT

ORDER BY CREDIT CARD (using PayPal) Your play will download to your computer upon completion of the payment process.

ORDER BY MAIL (pay by check or money order) Your play will be emailed to you upon receipt of your payment.

All plays are delivered ELECTRONICALLY whether paid for by credit card or by check.

ORDERING THREE OR MORE SCRIPTS
If you wish to purchase three or more scripts and don't want to order each script individually, we can invoice you via PayPal which will allow you to make one payment by credit card. To order three or more scripts please contact us at bk@kaneprod.com. Include the names of the plays you wish to order and the email address to which you want the invoice sent. Upon receipt of payment we will email you the scripts you ordered in Adobe Acrobat format.

but reading the instructions

BE SURE YOU HAVE ADOBE ACROBAT READER:

Your play will download as an Adobe Acrobat file. Please be sure you have an Adobe Acrobat reader before beginning the process. If you do not have an Adobe Acrobat reader properly installed your play will not download.

Once your are certain you have the Adobe Acrobat reader then:

ORDERING:

Click on the button next to the play you wish to order.

You will be taken to a PayPal ordering form which will allow you to pay by credit card.

You do not have to register with PayPal to pay by credit card.

HOW YOUR PLAY WILL BE DELIVERED:

IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED PAY PAL MEMBER

Please wait until your credit card payment has been completely processed.

Once your order has been processed, the play you have selected will appear on your computer screen
as an Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf)

Your play will not be emailed to you. Repeat, it will not be emailed to you.

If you are NOT a REGISTERED PAYPAL MEMBER

Please wait until your credit card payment has been completely processed.

On the FINAL PAYMENT PAGE - click on the "Return to Merchant" button.

You will be taken to the play that you have ordered.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DOWNLOAD FAILURE:

The play should download to your computer immediately after your payment has been processed. By immediately we mean within minutes, if not seconds.

If your script does not download immediately, contact us immediately by Clicking Here, explain your problem and we will email you the play you ordered.

Do not wait days to contact us.

Do not place a duplicate order.

Repeat. If you receive notice from PayPal that your order has been completed and your credit card has been charged, do not place a duplicate order. Contact us and explain the problem.

Scripts might be prevented from appearing on your screen because of your security set-up, firewall or pop up blocker. Whatever the reason, be sure to contact us immediately so we can get you the script you ordered. We want you to have it.
